Thanks for the support guys! It was hard to maintain my cool with the mess Big Mizz was saying. Glad I did though. I reported him and he was not banned, but was reprimanded and told to tank a chill pill. That will do for right now... If it happens again, I'm going over the mod's heads and getting the website shut down for a time.

Frank - Thanks for the correction! I have been DWL wrong for over a year I will correct the data in the thread so it will be true.

Vman - He did respond. He said all he has done is a muffler/exhaust and good maintenance and he gets better mpg than me at highway speeds? When my Cd is 20% better than a stock ZX2? I find that really hard to believe, especially when he said he revs to 4000 rpm every shift

Spif - he has been on the site for quite some time. He is like this quite often, but since he is good with the mods he hardly ever gets in trouble. I think that pic is from his WRX? I'm unsure, but had nothing to do with the thread.

You worry too much. You don't win the internet by convincing idiots, or even by winning procedural points against idiots. You "win" by learning things and hopefully sharing them elsewhere. What you're sharing there looks better when jackasses like that put it in contrast. You've been sharing there. Keep doing it. The people capable of being "convinced" aren't ones that need it-they'll learn from what you're sharing... And see who the trolls are for their ignore buttons.

No, a platform specific forum has a lot of value.

When people tell me these things related to the Civic, I politely remind them that Civic's ARE economy vehicles and I'm just trying to maximize their potential. If I wanted a fast car, I'd go buy one that was meant to be so!

Economy is performance. Go ahead, drop a couple grand to shave a tenth of a second off your quarter time. I'll simply pay attention to my driving and shave a tenth of a gallon off my commute.

Cut him some slack man, he's having a rough life.
According to his Gas Buddy pic he's from Columbia Missouri, so just assume his angry posts are a cry for the attention that his dad and his sister/mom didn't give him as a kid
