Leave off the company logos and rename it something like The Buccaneer.
I guess some random geek might be already lurking about 3D-printing an EV1 body to drop at a VW Beetle chassis converted to electric drive...

It just needs to be done. Although I'd start with the Volkhart-Saggitta.

And the EV conversion done with Toyota Synergy Drive parts.

Wish I had my dads last three cars back in full restored condition.
In reverse order
1972 Porsche 914
1965 Porsche 356c cabriolet. Traded in on the 914
1957 Porsche Speedster. Traded in on 65 356. Was then sold to Chuck Mitchell husband of Joni
This is his 57 speedster, picture was taken 1962 in front of my grandmothers.

I'm actively trying to get back my dads last Motorcycle. 24th built R69s. Vin 655028 was resold 2 years ago by John at Blue Moon BMW. He doesn't remember who he sold it too (another words it's not for sale yet but when he can broker the deal I'm sure I'll hear from him. I can understand not giving out his customer info).
I did track down one of dads other bikes. The story of that one is here.
Weiss und Blau: R51/75 History Now Complete!
I wouldn't mind my 1964 15 window bus back.
Fantasy land:
Real porsche 917k.

One day I hope to be in a tax bracket where I can afford one lol.
My pop had to regularly go to Dallas TX for training with IBM. He was a hyper miler before it was trendy. He could nurse 41-44mpg out of that 72 914 he had.

I posted this here earlier.

My garage-soaking ex-project MGB is likely to be scrapped soon so maybe I'll get an original Mini to replace it.

I thought of this picture as the thread started, and especially since it's turned into a 'the one that got away' thread. I found the file but it wouldn't upload, so I took a screenshot.

This is my back yard around 1980.

'56 Oval window sunroof, barndoor 23-window mit semaphores and a 1952 Silverstreak Clipper. These are only three of many that passed through my hands because I couldn't keep the space to keep them. Same with the 2 notchbacks and the '67 sunroof Beetle.

My grandfather almost bought a used Audi 5000 ( one of the best aero cars of the 80s' ) for me, but i didn't act interested, since it wasn't 'cool' like the popular 'muscle' cars.

Instead, i ended up with a couple of junk muscle cars that i never even drove.

Later though I bought a 280z. I still wish i had that one.
I drove it home after the purchase, and it never ran right afterwards.
