Nice excuse

Anyway, if I would ever get a V8, I'm sure I would at least try to make it operate in the Miller cycle, which would be a good excuse to increase the compression and slap a blower into it

Cars I've really wanted at various times, assuming I could just wave a magic wand and it'd pop up in the driveway:

I already burned through my wish list, but it was pretty short:

I was enamored with the Viper since I was little. Good to get it out of the way while you're young and move on to more sensible things.

GM EV1 I think it was called. GM crushed them all after a trial run.

All of these cars except the EV1 and BOSS 302 are obtainable for me in the future. I was looking into getting the twin turbo Supra, but my job cut hours and I had to stop looking.
GM did not crush the one (EV1) I saw in person at Virginia Tech school of engineering, in 2009, but the engineering students I was working with at the time did not hold it in high regard, maybe why GM crushed almost every one of them.

IIRC all the few remaining EV1's had their powertronics gutted away in order to make them undriveable, for display only, and due to contractual reasons they can't be restored to running condition.

Someone could walk around an EV1 in a museum with a smartphone, capture a polygonal mesh and with a little data massaging and filetype translations, produce a full-sized clay buck with a 5-axis CNC mill. ...and the aluminum forms for the safety-plate glass.

Leave off the company logos and rename it something like The Buccaneer.
