Knowing that I WILL have the chance to ask trivia auto questions , and that I actually will hold back despite the temptation to do the cheap and easy, of starting a fresh thread instead.
Plus knowing that I have never tried Red Bull, or any of it's relatives; and will NOT go down that road! ( had my last cup of coffee like 38 yrs ago!)

Finding the nicest group on here. Been a member for a while and now I've been on the site for over 10 hours I am easy to entertain I guess. Only downer, just car and tire ads, no date offers.

Do a "dodgy" search via Google, or anything Google may think is dodgy, and they will offer you all the mail order brides you can handle...
(Disclaimer - A-junior searched for "Russian Dolls" as in the carved model ones you can buy where there is a smaller one inside the next one and guess what came up next time on EM )

You should explain that they are called Kachinka dolls. My luck I'd import a GF and she would be an axe murderer looking to expand her territory.

I know that...... now...
My smile, after 4 weeks of calling them every other day and having to provide documentation about everything, EasyJet have finally refunded the hotel part of Mrs A's birthday treat to Paris at the start of July as it was disgusting and we didn't stay there.

This caused a little giggle in the Arragonis household this morning.
Quote:
Refuse workers caused a rumpus over a plan to ban meat from the menu.
Brighton and Hove City Council's Cityclean workers are used to a beefed-up offering at lunch with bacon butties and lashings of lamb top of the wish list.
So they were left horrified when caterers at the council's depot in Hollingdean, Brighton, decided to offer only meat-free meals.
The idea of “meat-free Monday” formed part of the Green manifesto before the party took control of the local authority in May.
The Cityclean depot was the first to introduce the change.
But managers have been forced to shelve the scheme immediately after the workers refused to let them give chops the chop for even one day a week.
One worker said: “As a result of potential grievances and general disgust at being told no meat would be served in the staff canteen, the policy has been abandoned and they will return to serving meat every day from now on.”

Looks like nobody could seperate the binmen from their bacon sarnies

Actually the Russian nesting dolls are called matroshka: Matryoshka doll - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kachinas are religious/spiritual figures in Southwest Pueblo Indian (Hopi, Zuni, etc.) traditions, which are often represented as dolls. (But can also be represented by dancers in ceremonies...)
