Combine that with nifty grill cover and it already looks like an electric car!
I might have to do the same thing with my truck. I would also recommend to anyone doing something similar to this to put the jack on the DRIVER'S SIDE, so that you see it and remember to UNPLUG the block heater.
On my Metro, the charging port is on the rear of the driver's side. I almost trip on it every time I go to the car. Also, it's rigged up so you can't start the car if it's plugged in. That would be a neat trick for block heaters too.
I'm sure they do. Talk to a dealership or check this place. You gotta call them up, its not on their online catalog though. I think mine was somewhere around $35 shipped.

I just installed the same heater into my brothers 2007 Corolla, it was his Christmas present . I didn't have the camera and it was quite cold outside when I installed it . I really think the plug housing is a great idea, I may have to give his vehicle the treatment.
To cut to the chase, any Toyota owners that want to find their OEM option block heater part numbers can find them in the attached Jpg Files... Hope that helps, I know I found it useful.

And the other pages that wouldn't fit the first round...
I think yours is the C0140-02141 on page 8 Chris...
These are in alphabetical order by vehicle and also give the location for the block heater hole. One of the really nice details Toyota thought about when they build the engines, a place for the Cold weather folks...
