Funny how most of those complaints are a pretty good echo of what was said about hybrid cars a decade ago, and I can't remember ever seeing a broken down Prius sitting on the shoulder of the road.

But I would quarrel with one statement:

I'm sure those folks were hypermiling, and they'd be a little embarrassed to have to post a 500mi tank when they know they can squeeze it for 600mi.
