One of my side skirts got crunched when I had to cross a frozen median...so I decided to use it to cap the rear...

Gonna use one of my aluminum gutter guards and use it to vent the cap by cutting it in half (18" x 6") see how well it fits/vents...

I was wondering if I should make my diffuser curve up at the edge...kinda like how my gutter guards are positioned in this piccie...

Please forgive my ignorance but why are you doing this to a truck? Surely you could half your CDa by replacing it with a station wagon? Plus anything you put in the back would stay dry! Seriously though, why a truck?

The idea here on EM is to get the best MPG with what you have. When you look at your next car I bet a high MPG car is on the list but for now we work with what we have.

@ BamZipPow
I hope that the top election sign is going to come down at the angles of the side pieces on the bed?
other then that it is looking very nice!

What MPG are you running right now?

Well...it's what I have...

Besides...I can't do things like this to a station wagon.

There's only one other T-100 that's been aero-modded and he's one of the main reasons why I'm doing it to my T-100 truck.

I haven't found a station wagon that can carry the things that I carry with my truck or tow the things I tow. If you see one that will meet my needs and still be priced cheaper than my truck (bought fer $2200) and as or more reliable...let me know.

Gutter guard version...

Still thinking about rounding the lip of the diffuser so it curves up...any thoughts?
