funny video, but I agree, there is no science.
efficiency is a combination of laziness and good planing with an outlook on the future and as I see it that leads to less frustration and wasted time, so in that aspect it should make people happy.

Swell video! Golly, good FE sure is rewarding!

I think there's something to be said for getting to a point of minimalism in certain aspects of our lives. The feelings don't happen overnight. Compared to the Jones' Family, I don't need a new car to feel good (or one with more horsepower, or in my case, newer, with more features and better FE).

There's a level of satisfaction from hopping in the old Integra (now complete with a taped mirror, due to a combination of incidents that were partly my fault, but recently not), and striving for good FE. Especially in this economy, we need to revert back to the small things that make life better.

The bummer, is often filling up and getting a lot less than you expected. Not so happy.

I liked the first bit about doing good instead of pleasure seeking(hedonism).

Its the old saying, 'better to give than receive'.

I suppose we here are trying to take less, which probably works the same way.

Videojug seem to have a lot of these amusing youtube vids.

Yep, I agree with your first comment.
Doing the most with the least is my goal and sometimes I get there and sometimes not.
I also enjoy learning from others who have been where I am going which is basically why I am here and I suggest are most others.

Cheers , Pete.

I can tell you that being more efficient has made me healthier ...

My Blood pressure has dropped, I am less stressed, I am saving money, all those have made me a better person. And I feel a moment of weakness when I want to go off and burning some steam by driving fast or being wasteful, I can, knowing that I will return to my new ways right after.
