Installed a vacuum gauge today, using BAR as the unit. At idle it is -0,6.

Also found the approximate values a engine should have, and converted it to BAR and made a note that i taped into the instrument cluster, under the temp gauge as a cheat sheet.

(research on DWL underway)

I should wire up the vacuum meter's light to the cluster, but I am too lazy to wire it (yet)

The attachment here is a aero thingy I made with the forum's tool. It's kinda nice.

The roof slopes backwards irl too, ending in a spoiler. I give a big thank to the engineers at AVTOVAZ for that aerodynamic feat.

When I matched the tires with the model picture's tires, I saw a lot of room for improvement in the front.

Ride height is not one of them, it's definitedly set in stone but aero hubcaps is something i'll get soon, Maybe in December.

(although I know i'd get a huge aero gain if I lowered the car but the roads are getting crappier here. it's a long-term thing)

that feeling when you find a Russian parts supplier with very, VERY good prices.

I can get a strut tower bar front and back for under 80 bucks US. neat.

grille blocks and underbody pan, yes. the engine has a pan, could extend it a bit.

I have some plans for a air dam.

Hi how ya doin', Rooster?

Lightbulb

This is something I came up with.

Everything not OEM is green (black IRL, this is just to clarify)

the front gaps are horrendous, especially space between the lights and the hood.

The lights could be sealed with something non-adhesive? or will the lights heat too much or something? using normal halogens

Not sorry for using MS paint

So, what are you going to use to fill those gaps?

Silicone might be the best option to keep a finishing smoothier than what could be done with tapes only, and to keep it as a more permanent solution.
