The one I would consider a benchmark for mental diseases is far from being actually sane, yet some folks who haven't ever seen her showing her real evil side can be fooled to consider her quite normal

Some switch from seemingly sane to full-blown madness by convenience. At least that's why it's so difficult (basically impossible) to deal with some folks who try to look normal for anybody else while switched to a real devil when out of strangers' sight.

From what I understand, the triggers can be seemingly very inconsequential to a "normie". Also the restraints for the sanity controls on such people can be exceedingly hair trigger for some events and near bulletproof for other events.

In your experiences, just encountering the trigger setup evoked the she-devil.

Thinking more, the she devil could also be a coping device, a learned series of behaviors.......

Everyone's got red lines, they are just drawn differently and evoke different responses.

I maintain as small of a red line footprint as I can manage because my response to incursion is not well managed. Nothing verbal is a red line for me, for example.
