Screaming and crying might be harder to get rid of. But hey, if a 30-day old kitten already knows quite instinctively how to look out for a sandbox, it would be interesting to say the least if a baby could use toilets by themselves.

I've been wondering why babies don't come reprogrammed to make the most pleasant sounds and smells to entice us to cater to their needs. My 3 month old girl has no sense of degree of need when she makes her complaints.

fuel economy

We could fire all the city mayors and city managers, and all the civil engineers, and construction permit authorities, close down the chamber of commerce, then demolish all 'corner' businesses, allowing for cloverleafs at intersections.Abolish left turns.Synchronize every traffic light.
In other words, put grade school children in charge of traffic engineering.
We'd have 100% through-put,there'd be no yields, stops,or idling.Cars would exceed their EPA rated HWY mpg in the city.
We'd probably have 54.5 mpg without changing the cars at all.And we'd have the most lowest entropy transportation infrastructure forever into the future.

Unless we plasti-dipped the asphalt white we would absorb a ridiculous amount of heat.

Or use chalk in the concrete to lighten it up.
Regularly spray other roads with chalky water. Absorbs some CO2 to boot.

Biden is going to bring us back to the horse and buggy!

It will make him feel young again!

I can't find anything about his MPG plans, just that the EPA released a new rule that it cannot control the pollution of any stationary sources other than power plants, so factories and stuff would be unfettered, just like the London Fog intended: Trump’s EPA launches surprise attack on Biden’s climate rules

The EPA gives rules. The EPA can take rules away.

Xist: The pinball is still rolling through the bumpers. 35,000 personnel and an Executive Order to get through. Scott Adams says the simulation [we're immersed in] is always providing the most entertaining outcome.
