FE season is here

In the south the FE season is upon us. When the wildflower bloom the numbers start blooming also. From my commute today.

Ahh, Spring. Yup -- the time to bolster the year's numbers.

But, long-term Weather Forecasting and Jet Stream patterns show cooler-than-average temps for the Great Plains to Upper Midwest for a while.

We would normally be in the 50's, but a hard freeze (read 20's) is predicted this week. So, the EBH is remains on standby...

Best FE to the warmer climes

I agree that the FE season seems to have started. My last 2 tanks have jumped nicely. I think we have switched back to the summer blend of fuel here too and that's gotta help . I hope to pass my best tank soon .

RH77.. I'm right with ya. I was getting from the fuel gauge what looked like 29-30mpg... then it dropped to a high of 30's and 40's again... and my brother got sick so I had to drive him 2 blocks with a freezing cold engine.. 3 times.. looks like I"m back to 21mpg again
