88-00 Civics have the same steering column splines. The steering wheel from 00 should fit 88, and vice versa. I used to run a '94 (I think) Integra wheel in my '86 CRX Si.

You can find out by going to the parts store and getting the part number of the "adapter hub" for Grant steering wheels for both cars. If they're the same part number, they're identical. If they're different part numbers, the steering wheel might still fit, but it will be a different distance from the controls.

I am looking for 4 rims and 4 OEM tires. I currently have 4 all season tires on the car I just bought. I don't feel like my gliding is right and I am trying to figure out what the problems is. The disks and pads on the front are new, I ordered used brake drums as one of mine will not pass safety.
