The big booty thing is kind of puzzling to me too. I have always thought this struggle to be so skinny was disturbing, I have always liked a naturally thick female. But why focus on butts? Or hips? It's all in the proportionality.

I think that I have read too many comic books. I like women with good hourglass figures and shapely legs. While not all women with pleasant curves also have unpleasant ones, well, I once mentioned my 5'0" 250-pound friend that my [then-]girlfriend wanted a butt, and my friend laughed and said "Just tell her to eat and she will grow a butt!"

You know, I still plan on carrying my bride across the threshold, and throwing out my back in the process is out of the question.

Women on dating sites describe themselves as "curvy" or "curvaceous," but I am not interested when their curves resemble the Michelin Man.

Never can figure out why I am single...

norfolk cars & trucks - by owner - craigslist

Go to photo gallery and just look for any reasonably economical cars. I'm not trying to argue any point. In eastern va it seems that sellers are trying to get rid of the gas hogs.

There was a 1994 Corolla with 227k miles (a little less than 400k kilometers) and the seller thinks it's worth $1995. It's getting booring looking at some of the "dreamer" ads about cars with major mechanical issues that sellers think are still worth over $1000.

Hey buddy your car is junk, sell it to u-wrench-it.

I like women that take care of themselves. To me it shows that they care about themselves. How could they care about someone else if they have no self respect?

My wife could pass for Annette Funicello's sister.

regards
mech

Good for both. It'll help her get a butt, and help you carry her without throwing out your back.

Heh. I just kept scrolling. I am here to look at cars, not women, dag-nab it!

PaleMelanesian, I have been talking to a 6'1" young woman for a few months. We went to dinner twice and I enjoyed chatting with her so much even before we met that I started procrastinating responding to other women. She originally asked me to work out with her and I offered to paint her house, but she started going to the gym on her own and hired a painter. I have offered to help a few other times. Conversation usually starts with me asking how her week or weekend is going and then quickly peters out, but she invited me to go dancing last Saturday. I missed the message, and had I seen it the friend with whom I was hanging out would have resented me taking her home prematurely.

If I were to want to carry a fit woman that was 73" tall, I think that would depend more on my own exercise than hers!

Good ole' George (Santayana, not Bush) nailed it with this quote:

"Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it"

Can you say "short memories"?
