I like the grill block, looks really stealthy, I would bet the average person totally misses it.

well i got the underside painted with POR today and got the smooth wheelies painted, and tire spats made. Now it's just time to go cut holes for the lugs and valve stem on the covers and everything can go on tomorrow once the POR is for sure dry nothin like gettin some new tattoos from that stuff

I have only ever used POR15 once before and really liked it, fantastic for keeping rust away. Any pictures of the wheel covers?

when i get them put on i''ll take some pics but their black and modeled after your wheel covers neon.
And yea a couple of my friends use POR to keep rust away, I just hit the wheel wells and sub-frame didn't do the whole body but it should keep the majority of the rust away til next summer so its a bit warmer when I do it next

Sweet! I don't think that you can go to wrong with anything similar to mine, I can do air pressures and take the wheels on or off without having to remove the covers, and I don't think that I'm leaving too much on the table with the small holes in them. Looking back at my car, I really should have got some good paint on it before it rusted too bad.

the whole concept of checking pressures and removability of the wheels was what got me interested in yours. I'm in the current moment of deciding whether to do rear wheel skirts or a front belly pan to cover the bottom of the motor to make it warmer I'm wondering what would net more gains, can't go wrong either way though it'll both get done at some point

I would think that you might get more of a gain with the wheel skirts, but as you said a belly pan will help with warm up times as well.
When figuring out wheel skirts, check how much clearance you need to get the wheels off, with the new (updated) skirts on mine, I went about as low as I could while still being able to take the wheels off easily. This way I don't have to mess with the skirt anytime I want the wheel off.
Oh, and get them done by the 20th I want to check them out!
