Must have been in the pass between Solvang and Malibu (just north of current fire) where 101 and 1 join.
When did they start planting Gorse?

it was the Southern Oregon coast.. Gorse is their equivalent to eucalyptus, though it's a shrub rather than a tree.

I found helicopter tankers pulling from a pond at Pepperdine and dumping in the hills while looking at flight radar.

' LA fires '
' It's the wind stupid!'
The fire chiefs said that no amount of men, machines, water, or differences in utility infrastructure would have made any difference.
It's just a larger version of the Lahaina, Maui, Hawaiian conflagration.
Stupid codes. Stupid building permit offices. Mindless real estate agents. Mindless building contractors. Thoughtless consumers.

The elite $2000 per hour fire fighters that saved all those rich people mansions seemed to have worked.

Fake news cnn is worried people aren't falling for the climate change lie. After decades of "everything is climate change" and decades of "the world is going to ended this or next decade due to climate change" people are finally not buying it.
Not safe for work, not safe for children, man children, snowflakes, only safe for pirates, marines another assorted scum and villainery. Should not be viewed by anyone.

Scott Adams has the concept of the 'tentpole hoax'. If that falls a lot comes down with it.
Wonder what all this might unravel?

Another thing he often references is Gell-Mann amnesia.
Quote:
The Gell-Mann Amnesia effect, coined by Michael Crichton and named after physicist Murray Gell-Mann, describes a phenomenon where people recognize the unreliability of media when it comes to topics they are familiar with, but still trust the media for information on other topics. This effect is characterized by the tendency to read an article on a subject one knows well, find it riddled with errors, and then turn to other articles in the same publication as if they are more accurate, despite the demonstrated unreliability of the source.
|
Part of removing key tentpoles of deception is recognizing our susceptibility to the Gell-Mann effect.
There are people (all of us to varying degrees) that place truth lower in the value hierarchy than ideology, and there is no tentpole to remove for individuals who choose to shroud themselves in the darkness of the collapsed tent.
