Suicide rear half-doors?

Are you gonna cut the wheel arches? Will the flares be 914/6 or Rocket Bunny style?

Hm, shortening the Prius chassis to match the Ghia (as planned) requires much less fabrication than adapting and extending the A-pillars, doors, windshield etcetera?

Wonder if you can just gradually bend the fenders outward, so you'd hardly notice the added width? But the bumper ends need to be bent out slightly too, then.

Pria Ghia does not sound right, somehow. What about Karmann Ghius?

Too far.

The radius of the door corners aligns with the top of the Prius rocker, but it's boxier than the Ghia rocker. I'm impressed. Cutting the chassis puts all the welds out of sight.

Much less.

MUCH less.

Muuuuuuuuuuuuch less.

And the floorpan stitch can be pretty ugly without showing unless you have it on a lift.

That fiberglass body does remind me of the Simca 8 rebuilt around a shortened Beetle frame that an uncle of mine used to own.

But its cowl is kinda narrow, so maybe even trying to fit the drivetrain out of a Prius C into that would be kinda challenging.

I find it strange they put that much effort into the body, but left the wheels like that.

Likely the body and wheels are 'as found'. That left front fender need[s][ed] work, and the tires could [have] use[d] a good scrubbing. That would even things out.

IIRC those wheels were from a Fiat Uno-based Fiorino. My uncle has bought the Simca already fitted with the Beetle frame, but it had other wheels that I don't remember.
