boring bodywork
We've had a few nice days lately, which I've wasted by starting to fix up the cracked & scraped front bumper cover...

When did that happen?
I have needed to fix the bumper on my Accord for too long. It has gotten damaged two more times!

It came pre-damaged from the factory:
Or by the previous owner.
Funny: I changed over the winter to summer tires on my dad's car today as well, and noticed his bumpers have a few new battle scars. Not a lot of point in fixing them!

Once my car is more battered than I am, I'll think about doing it.
But I did finally slap in the $50 Amazon taillight that had been in my trunk for 2 years. The taillight tape on the broken one was flaking off.

You open up all kinds of new options once you remove the driver's seat!

Like being able to clean the coffee or chocolate milk they spilled between the seat and the console??
Or even better: like finding three dollars in change!

Why not both?!
How are you doing Metro? Are you surviving TPGate? How are you staying busy aside from spring cleaning? Are we being too high maintenance for you?
