I'm kind of curious about the noise reduction aspect. If their claims are true, you'd get the performance increase of a baffle-less muffler (weight and reduced back pressure) but the same sound deadening as a baffled muffler.

it should be pretty quiet, with a ton of back pressure.

It is interesting they can get a diesel to run with so little free oxygen.

Again, I've seen AFRs change by that much with simple exhaust modifications, and the AFR change alone would cause those HC and CO changes due to the leaner running... but never with something that's supposed to reduce sound. There are header designs that are well-known to cause leaner running.
