used all imaginable materials single and multi disks even mild tabs on disk surfaces to help start flow. this is grossely ignored technology, and it is a shame that tesla turbines and pumps are not in widespread use. they will pump when the other pumps wont get the job done.
love your idea but would not be much energy left on a turbo vehicle.
tuning it and controlling it would be tricky too but great idea.
it is being done with hydraulics everywhere but much trickier with live gasses
unless you are going off a storage tank with near constant pressure.
