I believe so. There was discussion hereabouts on the slotted fins for crosswinds, like the BAT cars.

Aero as good as a Prius in 1976 (0.268). I'm curious about the combined rear fender skirt/wing on the back. I'd been thinking about something similar.
Jalopnik also talks about the “Project: Secret!” in the Porsche Museum, doesn't show as many pictures but does say the show, which opened on the 17th, has 14 cars total.
