I'd go with the Zeiner Kleinwagen. I can see it as a VW rat rod clone.
2nd place would be the OSI Silver Fox, I was looking for a picture of it just the other day. I believe that is an airbrake that chokes off the central tunnel on braking.

The frist two wings seem to generate downforce, while the rear most wing would probably be an airbrake.
The car was to be raced on the 24 hours of Le Mans, but never got the chance. According to:

I do not ever remember seeing that Insight at any point of the X-Prize.
