Some kind of Saab RV... wish I knew more about it. All I do know is it's from 1965 and based on a Saab car chassis with a 2-stroke engine.
The ultimate in faired-in wheels though.

That needs a car-shaped trailer...

Not with a SAAB 2-stroke. I thought I posted this before, but I must have exited the page without submitting it.
It had a Chrysler slant six and a four-speed floor shift. Also on Cortez History Photos | Cortezcoach.com, a Clark trailer:

No breadcrumbs? DDG only found: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mrscharroo/6136689388
Where did the truck come from? I followed the Flickr link to:
https://www.flickr.com/photos/mrscharroo/page1
...and found the colorized car on page five. I highly recommend this website, but pulling pictures is like pulling teeth. I had to Inspect Element, copy the URL and pre-pend http: to show this one example:
Five pages of this stuff!

Right. Going to the site is easier than x-fering pix to here. Lots of goodies there... I thought I'd seen everything but there's a lot on there I've never seen before!

You might try:
Print Screen Button to the right of F12) > Open a paint page > Paste > Save Picture >Go Advanced > Attachments (Paper Clip next to smiley face.) Choose File (Select your saved picture.) > Upload
It's actually quicker than it looks.

It's actually easier than that in Mac OS — Shft-Cmd-3 for full screen, or Shft-Cmd-4 for cropped and it's already on the Desktop.
But you lose the original file name and all provenance.
