Did they have moonshine runners in Italy in the 1950s? Because that has an early NASCAR vibe.

Not cars but they do have wheels.

I was more interested in the Sky-Pal, but there is nothing about it in my-search-engine-of-choice. The Flymobile has two references. One is just the picture. The other says
Quote:
This roadable co-axial rotors light helicopter was developed and built by Mr. Curtis Wright. The CW-2 Flymobile, also referred to as the Wekcopter, appeared around 1945 and was powered by one 90hp Franklin 4AC199 engine. Possibly the CW-2 was not flight tested. Although the designer was not related to the Curtiss-Wright company, he chose to use the manufacture’s name Curtis Wright.

Yet it appears in Trailer News in an ad. Wikipedia lists it as an unbuilt two-seat monoplane. I like the Indian motorcycle fenders.

A wide body and external hinges. It's in VW Beetle/XKE territory. The two-piece door window only radiuses the top, instead of the top and leading edge like the Subaru SVX.
Do you have any plans?

This Car goes Tesla-E-Drive, so i need a better cw for greater milage (small car could only install a small battery).
-closed Wheel Houses (rear AND front)
-underbody pan in the Motor in the rear (The rest of the vehicle has underbody paneling as standard)
-Tear Edges on the rear / minimal Boattailing
-other Frontlights (actually there are designt like a parachute...)
-Air Baffle infront of the rear airintakes
Goal : cw under 0,3

What I find interesting here are precursors to the features of the Cybertruck - flat windshield and frunk
- tumblehome with [higher] straight edge break [brake?] line
- Front corner chamfer [moved back to the axle line]
- a light bar [!]
- no side mirrors
- 0.34 Cd
There might be more. Digital dashboard?

I wonder if those folks figured out how the pagoda-like Corvair Greenbrier had such a low Cd. The feared uniformity of aero design certainly yields quickly to careful detailing.
