Harry Bradley, Jr. -- RIP

justacarguy.blogspot.com: A post to realize what an impact Harry Bradley had on cool cars, racers, Barris, car magazines, and kids... his designs were everywhere, and influenced so many - even the term "Hot Wheels" from about 1968 to 1971 - the coolest stuff of that era. He died last weekend

Since I was invested in VW Beetles at the time, these are the Harry Bradley drawings in my albums:

He designed the sixteen original Hot Wheees.

So, why are they towing with a pickup instead of a micro-car? I'd use an electrified velomobile. Maybe it needs to be sensitive to steering forces as well.

If the tow vehicle is downsized, torque vectoring would be perfectly cromulent.

FUV passes by at ?t=558

Nice interior, freezer and dish washer; but lots of bending over. Couldn't they have cabinets that lift with the top?

Trolley top windows are cool, like an old microbus.

An interesting edge case --1/10th scale.

Edit:
I'm halfway through, it's covering the basics, but htere are interesting tidbits like at ?t=630 in the bottom view just ahead of their contact patches, the front wheels show significantly more red than the rears.

Also a review of OpenFOAM vs Air Shaper.

This below is pretty cool to, but I know nothing about it, a new creation inspired by days of old?

Didn't know Robt. K. Williams nickname was 'Bondo Bob'. Prolly during his time with Ed Roth.

The [apparent] '36 Ford seems inspired by Gordon_Buehrig's Tasco Prototype;

Photoshopt. 89% certainty.

Note the highlight that runs from the driver's door to the taillight. In 3D that would have to taper in plan.

This one is Photochopped as well. There is another version with a person standing where that portal into another dimension is on the left, and the rear quarter is off.

They even cleaned up the driver's door.
