The cooler end is -8JIC/AN (stock the factory remote mount ,bolted to mid-block and the trans adapter / motor plate) liquid to liquid transmission cooler) the original transmission inlet and outlet are 1/2"inverted flair on the drivers side the Allison is -8 on the passanger side.. Hulon Fox Transmissions Service came through today found me a 1/2" inverted flair union. One positive attribute of the big city( Dallas-Fort Worth) they have specialty shops that small towns can't afford to have.

My brother was first, that's the third time. I've used it once myself.
I thought it was weird that the Dasher has a radiator hose that is 1/2" on one end and 3/4" on the other. I easily.

The Allison is significantly larger in the body required considerable amounts of clearancing to keep it from rattling and breaking sensors off
Final with paint
And the interior goes back in.
Stock bench seat bace/slides/brackets moddified for buckets and center console. +head room for a helmet lowered 3".
Pice removed,gap closedand welded.
Rear of bracket was too short to bring it down levle so ~2.5"was removed from the upper structure to maintain the seat angle
Finale results.
Would have made it easier at the inverted flare union was longer, but there's just enough Flex in the hydraulic hose

It is unclear if the drop in efficiency is a result of the turbo change the transmission change or the fact that I was running between 70 and 80 mph.(80mph = 1837rpm 55 = 1263) 21.3 mpg avg on the 5000mi test drive. High 24.05mpg and low of 19.21 from Burlington Colorado to Cheyenne Washington by way of Pikes Peak(8000+' accent) the extra low 1st gear was a god send on the decent, the 1st gear in the dodge original trans was the equivalent of 2nd in the Allison and required excessive use of the brakes.

Missed a 0. 5k test drive @an avg speed of 53-67mph avg. speed(moving avg. 70-80mph travel speed) in 1week approaching 6k on the 6speed . New highest speed achaved (with 1500-2000lbs payload under the cap)102mph in route home. Ill test to see if I have reached my current empty hp/aero load limmit. When it was in the wind tunnel, I saw a lot of buffeting. The rear end was doing a little dance at 80mph. Have you done anything to smooth that out?

Yes
I changed the rear spring bushings. That made a night and day difference in the effert required to maintain lain centered travel with minimal input, by reduced the volume of yaw angle changes requiring steering input to correct, caused by varying side wind strength .
