NICE!
Made in Canada, eh?
I'm sure we and the other Nordic countries have a lock on block heater manufacturing. And moose meat exports.

Lifetime is just under 65 MPG. The Nut Wagon's log here says 62 MPG. I've been complaining on IC.

And the old IMA battery is a bit iffy. I've had the IMA system shut down on me a few times. I might just remove everything after inspection in about a month. I can limp the battery along, but I had to push the car twice in one day. Autostop really sucks when there's no autostart!

Long time, no update! I completely removed the IMA system and I have an Arduino keeping the ECM from noticing the delete. MPG unchanged, power/torque greatly reduced! Why delete? Batteries are expensive!
The bucking is still there. Everything I've tried seems to temporarily fix it.

That sounds pretty good!
I had a 2000 model with M5 trans. Battery was shot. On a roundtrip from Denton up to Oklahoma City, and back, at 65-mph, and AC 'ON,' I averaged 52-mpg 'tank' mpg.
Without the IMA, on all the rolling hills on I-35, I had to downshift to as low as 2nd gear just to maintain 65-mph.
But 52 mpg @ 65 with AC was as good as my CRX 1.3 HF, without AC, and at 55-mph.

2024 Update
I had been driving around on Civic steel wheels with 185/70-14 tires. Not ideal, but I picked up the set for only $60. Fuel economy was pretty good with high enough tire pressure.
I recently put some OEM RE92 tires (165/65-14) on 8.3 pound Insight donut wheels. A little narrow for the tires at 4" wide, but it works. Surprisingly not a huge difference in MPG, but I feel the reduced weight at low speeds. It's about 50 pounds less than the Civic wheels and tires.
I did not paint the wheels brown. It's metallic copper!

I've been looking for a source showing the weight of those wheels. I presumed they were in the 7.x-8.x lb range.
