Nice job!! Wouldn't mind some more pics when you get to it.

I use a Fumoto drain valve for the oil drain, and provide a small hole in the fiberglass panel for access. As for oil filter access, I have a small 6 x 8 inch opening that is used, and can be seen here...

I noticed that the exhaust pipe on the Honda Insight does not run as hot as first suspected during panel construction. The foam softens noticeably at 250F as tested in the oven with temp probe, and there are no signs of overheating next to the pipe on the car. Aerocivic has had no problems either.
