You could have held a contest to guess what happened, I would have never guessed that. It just turned those images from mildly disturbing to REALLY FRICKIN COOL !! Thanks for the explanation ..

Naah. Lookit the pics, you can clearly see that's "Bob Wahr". (Barbed wire.) I'm not sure if the driver went "Baja" over a fence, or if there was some "Wahr" lying in the road or what, but you can clearly see the short (sharp!) pieces wrapped around the length of the "Wahr".

Heck, I forgot! I have run over a mattress before in a friends truck (dont ask) but you could not even FEEL the mattress AT ALL. It would just compress under the tires. As if it wasn't even there.

Look at the first pic Frank posted and you start to make out some of the bed coils ... it is a matress of sorts .. LOL

Hello,
Aptera will be at the TED conference February 3rd, and they are allowing a few folks to sign up for test drives! Hooray!
Also, tomorrow is the 16th, and they have promised to "deliver" a 2e then, so, we should see some real pictures at least, and maybe some more specific information.
