The grill block looks nice and relatively stealthy. How much of an improvement have you seen with it?

I think I'm about to be passed.

I might still have a few tricks up my sleeve, though.

well its hard to tell at this point now. last week (monday and tuesday) i drove around with tires at 20 psi. I put them back up to 35psi wednesday and still pulled out my highest tank yet. So this week is when I will be able to see what type of increase i will get. next weekend i have set up a day to install the MPGuino and maybe a injector cut off.

ok Just filled up and got my new personal best. 66.72 mpg!!!! Then when adding it into the fuel log I noticed that its been a year since I have purchased this car. Its been fun the last year and now looking forward to more mods. Old goal was to hit a 65mpg tank. I guess my next goal is 70mpg.

Congrats - that is seriously impressive for that car.

Are you still doing only engine-on coasting?

only on highway do I engine-on coast. and that's not very much but this last tank I did do it more. I have become comfortable enough to EOC on the surface streets every where I go though. I think it was me trying to fight the winter monster to keep my average up caused me to find more.

Congratulations! almost 70mpg in a corolla, insane. What highways do you commute/drive on? I can't get a decent speed going on 59 north where I drive 75% of the time because of all the little overpass hills.

But that weather's not as bad when its the mid 90's and 70-80% humidity. ugh

It's a matter of time before we'd be shot or deliberately wrecked if we drove 45mph on the freeways here

I drive west on i10 all the way and get of at 610. Right lane 55 mph- 60mph. Like I said I started engine-on pulse and glide in the afternoons going home.
