Hi ,I have a 2010 HondaCivic DX-G sedan, that has about 43,000 km +, I have just recently looked up hypermiling and changed my driving habits, and seen quite a response at the pumps, just recently pushed my mpg's to 49.5, without the use of any scan gauge, tire pressure slightly up,cruise on,rpm around 2100,with a speed of 103 kph,. What a difference.

Congrats on saving some fuel so easily and cheaply. Amazing, huh? Is this a manual or automatic DX-G?

My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.

You'll do well to install a coolant/block heater in your Civic, considering your location in Winterpeg!

Congrats on your mileage improvement. Get the MPG gauge - it turns driving into a fuel & money saving game.

Welcome to the forum.
