The blocks are held on by double sided tape. The fog lights have quite a curve to them so the coroplast needed to be pre-bended along the corrugation lines, and there are two small screws in each foglamp block, at the far corners, holding the ends of the block to the plastic foglamp insert.
I really like the no grill look, it reminds me of this:

Very nice work.
I think velcro would also serve for attaching - would enable easy change to panels with different size openings.

From what I can see, fantastic workmanship. I always thought that using the rear door as a fold/brace/mount for aero-mods was the right thing to do on sedans.
