Keep in mind that different markets started using OBDII at different times.
For example, Australia only mandated its use from 2006.

You guys won't kick me off the forum if i told you i bought a V8 swapped 75 Vega would you? Aside from my, ahmm suburban (can't tow my boat with a geo metro), I'm currently running around in a Cruze eco, manual of course.

I always wanted to recreate the Cadillac 500 cubic inch V8 into a Chevette swap that Hot Rod magazine did a number of years ago!
