The smallest 14" Dunlop tyres available in my country are 175/65. I'm not sure about the Mirage available in neighboring countries such as Uruguay, but it wouldn't surprise me if it gets slightly larger tyres than the US-spec.

Even so, I expect they'd still come with the same 165/65R14 tires as everywhere else - they tires are actually made in the same country as the car (Thailand). It's part of the supply chain, and simpler/cheaper to spec one tire to the vehicle.

Weight reduction fail
The car came with a trailer hitch ... it's not rated for towing, but lots of owners use them for bike racks or light utility trailers.
6 nuts/bolts -- and I was foiled by every one! Rusted!
I broke one bolt, and couldn't budge the other 5. WD-40 couldn't save me.
I guess I gotta take it to my neighbourhood mechanic to break them loose with some heat & impact. (I've got neither.)
One day I'll make a hitch-mounted boat tail for the car, but probably not this year, so I might as well stop moving around the extra mass.

Apply transmission fluid as a penetrant, let sit overnight, whack once with a hammer. Worked for me on 70 year old pipe fitting on my shower head

I did soak it twice with WD-40 to no avail.

Hey,
Didn’t you say you needed to tow vehicle to move your Gallion ⛵️...???
😈
I have a similar hitch on a Yaris and it might weigh 15 pounds. Not worth the effort to remove. Especially if you’re going to put it back on again. You would save more weight by tossing the spare, short filling the tank or going on a diet...
WD-40 is useless...
PB Blaster is where it’s at. It’s a actual penetrant and lubricant. I literally have cases of it and use it on a regular basis. Good stuff...

I remember some cars used to have different tire sizes according to which markets they were sent. It might not be the case with Asian automakers, but the so-called "tropicalization" is still quite common to enhance some European cars' chance of not turning into a pile of scrapmetal as soon as they hit the first pothole right after they're taken out the boat.

Well, I guess the police aren’t fans of “The Red Green Show” or “Trailer Park Boys” or read the story about “The Little Engine That Could”...
What’s interesting about that photo is that Echo doesn’t look like it’s squatting at all from the weight...
Which means it hasn’t even reached full capacity yet.
Colin Chapman ? - Mr. Lotus ?
If so...
It’s ok...
I’m pretty sure nothing bothers him anymore...
