Possibly yes! I emailed the Ebay guy and asked if he had any information on their Equivalent series resistance, and their ripple current rating. If those ratings are not good, then they will get really reallly realllyyy hot and won't last at all.

Thanks Paul!
I ordered the RURG8060 600v diodes already ($21 on eBay, one of those "best offer" dealies ), so if I can get those caps(if they measure up), I guess I would be crazy not to get the 250v Mosfets, huh? Oh, and a guy has Kilovac contactors up for only $35 with free shipping if anyone needs those.....

Then I'm glad I sent you the one that was specifically designed for the RURG8060 2 leg diodes. Phew!!!!! Those will be perfect. I almost sent you the one that uses the 3 leg diodes. That would have been aweful! hahaha!
By the way, I haven't heard back from the Ebay guy yet. I suppose it's only been 20 minutes or so, but still! Geeze people are so lazy these days!
My men's intuition tells me that those capacitors would work well. I don't know why I have this feeling way down deep inside.
cornell Dublier just sounds so darn fancy. Maybe that's it.

OMG! I had no idea there was any difference in the diodes!!! Well, other than the specs. Sounds like your intuition is better than anyone's!!

I found your Ebay capacitors on Digikey. They are like $6 each:
CAP 680UF 250V ALUM SNAP-IN - SLP681M250H3P3
The ESR is low. You can use these. They would work really well I think. Go ahead and order them. hehe.

Hey Paul,
Do I have a Rev 2B control board, or a 2C? Does it even matter, like are all the parts interchangeable? Also, should I get the Atmega 8 like it says in the parts list? Because you were talking about the Atmega 168, or is that something only a controller genius would need?
And is that 4 questions towards the 999,999 stupid questions I have left to ask, or does it just count as one?

Hey Paul! I need to send you a pre-programmed ATMega8 or atmeg168. Either one. It doesn't matter. You could buy one from mouser or digikey or where ever, but you would also need a programmer to program it. They can be made, or you can buy them. It would just be easier for me to mail you one though. I'll do that once I order some extras.
EDIT: Oh yes, get the Rev. 2C stuff. I don't think there are any mistakes on the wiki. The control board you have is Rev. 2C.
