Weather Spotter, not that I blame you, but you guys with the longer cars are doing it wrong. If you chopped the top right behind the driver's door and angled it down toward the rear bumper from there, you'd get a great teardrop shape without the extension behind the wheels. Of course you'd also ruin the unibody structural integrity, thus need to engineer some strength back into it, but still, it would look cool. ;-)

It would also kill:
Resale value
Insurance would go up
Would kill my passanger space
My cargo space would also be limited.

I assume when I buy a car I'll drive it until there's no resale value left to it, then sell it to a friend with 180-200k+ miles on it for a few hundred bucks. My insurance agent is my brother in law (my insurance on my truck is under $200/year). And I don't like passengers; they just complain about how I drive.

At this point in my life, single and job less my life will chane enough that I need to keep my options open.

That is why all mods to date are reverse able. Give me 1-3 hours and a stock car will amerge.
