I thought yours was driving already? I drove mine last night for the first time. I fired it up last weekend, no cels. I've only got one issue that I'm trying to sort out and that's an engine stumble at part throttle ~1200-1700rpm. I swear I'll start my own thread and get everything post all my pictures eventually. Honestly, the swap was really painless...happy so far.

Z1 swap, cool. Man those things have tiny valves, lol

A mech engineer I work with is doing a Z1 swapped Eg coupe, but turbocharged for a little bit more efficiency. Thats the plan anyways.

vtec-e engines are so underrated

How in the world do you plan on dropping 400 pounds out of an hf?

Obviously this is a VTEC-E engine. I am looking for a swap engine now, and I am finding that there are a few VTEC-E options out there. There is the D15Z1, the D15Z8, the D15B5, and the D16Y5. Do you know if there is any difference to be had in the economy potential between these other than the D16 is a bit larger? Can most any VTEC-E be mated to a trans with a low numeric gearset and achieve the same results?
