sorry I can't read all 50 pages, but great test, great idea, great execution!
you chose 15 degrees for the top, and 10 for the sides. any thought given to being more aggressive? 20 and 15?

Flow remained nicely attached on the sides & top of the shape tested, so it would seem reasonable to go for more and re-test.

ok, metro. got a few questions.
does your car have the kammback on permanently (as in USUALLY) or no?
does your car have a boat tail that's removable as this first page suggests you were working on?

If y9u made a wooden frame with stringers you could cover it with a fabric and paint it like they used to do cars in the 20's , I've seen where they just stretched and tacked the fabric to the frame and then painted it for stiffness, maybe just use some fir strips , sort of like a model airplane is built , notch the frames run the strips and staple on the fabric, would be light and smooth .
