You're going to mock mount plates with foam board? I'll be interested to see how that turns out.. I'm used to doing everything with paperboard and strong tape. LOL.
I'm not real good about welders and such, as I normally either use a battery charger, or a generator, or someone else's welder (usually poorly).

Pause - You're talking about foam project board, the stuff that's like 1/8" thick and you laminate posters to it?

Oh, see, when you said "foam board", I was thinking about 1/2" foam insulation, which would be approx 3x thicker than what you're going to be working with... now you can see where I'd be concerned that it was going to be a huge mess, right?

Here's a good question...
Should I use all the Insight fuse boxes and wiring harnesses (including for the front lights) and hack on CRX plugs when needed or the other way around?
I've never seen so many wires...if you want to look at the diagrams to help me decide I will post them

*turns to page 22-50*
Whichever way involves fewer solder joints. It looks like that would mean the CRX power distribution box under the hood, and use *both* fuseboxes under the dash if you can fit them.

What is a power distribution box?
I'm worried about not using the Insight dash harness since the cluster wiring and FCD button are fairly integrated into the rest of the harness
