Initially I thought my wife was overly cautious on her feet, as well as on a bicycle. Over the years I've come to the conclusion she's appropriately hesitant.

Those with more risk factors should give the China virus more respect, and those with less can claim more liberty.

... I slipped twice on the roof putting up Christmas lights last night. I blame the climbing gear my wife made me put on. Once I get a harness on, I feel invulnerable regardless if I'm connected to anything. Slide half the roof length all the way to the ladder and skinned my palm in the process. The solar installers said I have at least 10 years left in the roof, but I'm thinking more like 3.

If you submit to that treatment, demand to see the lot number, and watch to see if they correctly aspirate the injection.

If they hit an artery, you will taste it in your mouth immediately but it's already too late.

And a small number of lot numbers produce 95% of the adverse reactions.

I don't remember if I mentioned it here already, but I asked my wife if her MA aspirates, and she said "of course". I asked if she has observed to make sure, and she said "no, but everyone is taught to aspirate". Then I Googled, and the CDC recommends to not aspirate, because it might be uncomfortable for small children. Most of the results I found said some extreme position of "always" or "never" aspirate.

There's no "consensus", and "trust the science" is BS used by ignorant/corrupt individuals.

CDC will soon be changing their minds again, predictably.

Two of FOX' most popular presenters were interviewed about their Trump-era broadcasts. They both said they lied all the time and never thought twice about it. They considered their jobs to be like Jerry Springer. Just amp up the viewers and keep 'em amped up. It was just entertainment to them, not journalism.
Get ratings. Sell advertising. Make the Australian owner, Rupert Murdoch richer.
The Australian- American War. Sell coal.
This spiel sounds like it comes from a typical partisan socialist who projects his/her/whatever faults onto the other side. The Communists are unexcelled at this technique.

While it's true that Fox is generally conservative in its approach on most of its programs with definitive exceptions, Fox generally balances it out with the presence of socialists and progressive who give their points of view to balance things out for the sake of fairness.

In contrast, the competition, namely CNN, MSNBC, the major networks and newspapers, etc and etc, are the ones who epitomize "just entertainment to them, not journalism" to the benefit of the socialists and Communists and one singular US political party.

Just think about the non-Fox "news" sources promoting the great Russian Hoax that has lasted for years and cost millions of dollars spent by the Special Prosecutor who was abjectly unable to find any substance; the ongoing Steele dossier investigation that is showing the crimes of those who promoted it as time goes on; the FBI partisanship that is preying upon Americans because they oppose radical school boards; denying the Chinese gain-of-function lab experiments with assistance of Fauci's funding that has killed hundreds of thousands of Americans and millions worldwide; depicting riots that burn American cities as peaceful protests because they are done within the Communist ideology; denying and hiding the laptop from Joe Biden's son which reveals the sick profits being made by him and his relatives including his father from payments being made by our enemies which border on treason and bring into question our ability to defend the nation; downplaying the invasion of our country at the Southern Border that remains unimpeded; and etc and etc and etc.

It's not Fox news hiding all that.

The odd thing is that he's old enough to know better.

Fox News' legal arguments no more admit that Tucker Carlson is a ratings-chasing clown than MSNBC's arguments say the same about Maddow. Yet the only report this author could find that noted the judge called into question Maddow's truthfulness came from The Hill, by Joe Concha.

Looks like you can get literally anything "peer reviewed" as long as it appears to support the agenda.

I agree, within the context of the growth in successful ejaculation, insemination, leading to the healthy birth of a consumer of, and combuster of fossil fuels.

Goebbels used to say that a lie repeated many times would become a truth. This might explain how some awful pseudo-scientific tricks are validated through "peer review".

Joseph Goebbels. "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress ...
There is probably a quote from the Greeks.

"A lie can travel around the world and back again while the truth is lacing up its boots."—Mark Twain.
