Yet the engines of those Citroëns and Peugeots is actually quite good. No wonder they're still popular in French-speaking parts of Africa, despite Toyota's leadership across the whole continent, and the EC5 engine is still popular in Argentina and Uruguay too.

That motorhome looks quite strange, yet it might be an interesting experience.

Some enterprising Ecomodderer could drop it onto a Prius chassis.
I like the roofline of the red one best. Homebuilt, then restored by a car club, is the best. But the proper comparison isn't the Samba, it's the Tempo Matador:

The possibility of custom-building a hybrid motorhome sounds interesting, as it would possibly also enable to rely on the same battery pack for the appliances, and eventually a set of solar panels.

That windshield wiper looks like the one I usually see on buses.

Interesting aerodynamics around the wheels at 8:29 and 9:40-11:00
Some are for brake cooling, no idea what the rest are.

These seem to be diffusors, they are quite interesting as they have an awesome ratio between downforce and aerodynamic drag.
Typicly they are used more on the rear of the car than the front, but Porsche wouldn't be Porsche if their engineers didn't go crazy.
Keep in mind, the 911 GT3 is getting faster and faster without gaining much power.

Presumably, being mounted on the wishbone, if they are diffusers, then that is partially unsprung downforce. Which is an interesting way of doing it.
