As is cross-wind lethality and snow building up on the windshield.

In case one wonders about how big an effective underbody diffuser has to be.

Looks like any aero was a happy accident (purely because the truck cab had some designed in to it).

I suppose they get points for filling in between, though that might just be for weatherproofing.

How this...

...turned into this?

I'm sure the boxier front clip became an aerodynamic nightmare...

On a sidenote, it's not so usual to see a Ford medium-duty OBS with this front clip in Brazil, where a more aerodynamic one had been used on local versions.

Your post here and in the "Oddity" thread both seem to indicate that you think aerodynamics, and that is drag on cars/truck to be concise about it comes from the front of the vehicle.

That is what we call a common falsehood.

I think you know better than that, just saying that these posts of yours are really misleading to put it nicely.

Sure the front is not the only part that defines the aerodynamic efficiency of a vehicle, but the front clip on that Chinese hatchback doesn't seem to have been an improvement from the early version. Notice the bumpers, the sharper hood in the white one, and the smaller grille.

As an ornithopter UFO it's even worse.

But.... it uses a Watt's linkage.
