If I were thinking of bidding, I wouldn't announce it here

keep in mind, you can get a new one (with XGauge option) from Amazon for $160 delivered. That one does not appear to have the XGauge feature.
btw Thanx for the tip Darin. Now my wife likes that extra feedback.

It's also called "add-a-gauge". It lets you customize the 4 gauge screen with either information from elsewhere in the ScanGauge (e.g. my last trip, I set up the gauge screen to show me "instant" "trip avg" and "tank avg" mpg all at once), or with vehicle specific data that wasn't built in to the SG at the factory. krousdb is using x-gauge to show state of charge of his Prius high voltage battery pack.

The SG2/x sounds awesome. I will be getting one. I can see how it could pay for it's self.
So it should say on the box "Scan Gauge 2 XGauge"?
Thanks for your help.

Yup, either XGauge or Add-a-Gauge. They're calling it both. Also, if I'm not mistaken, you can have older SG2 units re-flashed by the company to use the new programming. I'd check with them first, though.
