should 3-Wheeler's insite be on the front page?

Since 3-wheeler's car looks so nicely done, should a picture and link to his thread be on the home page?

Haha, the timing was perfect. Darin has been working on revamping the front page for weeks now.

I must have missed the inside thread/ mail

Great job on the page, looks better then the 4 year old one.

What about adding one project per month to keep it fresh (no idea what work I am asking for, if it easy great if not forget it and go mod your car)

Other sites I've been on vote on "__________ of the Month," taking nominations for two weeks or however long the month before. We could do something similar.

4 years old?! Time flies.

We've changed the way the front page items are going to be displayed. It is much easier to add items, and the list will change hourly based on latest reply in the thread.

We ran a "mod of the month" vote/contest for a while. But the truth is that it was never very popular. Getting people to vote seemed like pulling teeth. So it quietly ended.

3-Wheeler's tail makes front page at aerohead's

Last Saturday, while I was here, doing EcoModder,Sam S. and his son came by for a chance meetup. They left a note about having 3-Wheeler's Insight boat tail, and did I want to see it,with phone numbers.
Sam is the original source for my 1st-gen Insight (which is languishing until I can finish with Spirit-III at DARKO in 2020).
I called as soon as I got home and we set up a loosely-structured get together, working around a birthday celebration of a grand daughter.
Sam and son Chris came late-morning,sporting 3-Wheeler's beautiful tail on Sam's Insight. It was Tuskegee Airman,'Red Tail'-esque.
A photo of the car's mileage readout at 90.2-MPG was a high point!
We had a nice visit,brain-storming things Insight, before they had to get back to things birthday and Super-Bowl.
All I can say,is that if you haven't seen 3-Wheeler's work in the flesh, you're really missing something.Inspiring!
Sam's plan is to TLC the tail, and color-match it to his citrus-green.
Glad they left the note.
