"all the materials have been free."?? Dang, that's a pretty good looking bumper for free..

Yeah, we need a daytime pic. I can't see what the material is..
Did you find a solid bumper off another car? Or a truck?

Its cloroplast election campaign signs screwed onto the exsisting bumper with wood screws. I'll work on getting a pic, but the ninjer gets daytime vehicle priority.

Methinks you keep confusing Coroplast with this.

It must be pretty stiff coroplas to hold up under the wind load..
I downloaded your pic and ran up the brightness & contrast and that looks pretty dang good.. But a daylight pic would fill in the details.

Thanks,
Rich

I just got done doing some coast down tests.

With the airdam/grill block I got... 1 mph extra average. Yahoo I guess. I was coasting down from 45 mph.

Sorry it took so long. I haven't really driven.

Checking my fuel log, I got 34.5 overall on the way there, and 31 on the way back....

Sooo, on the good parts of the first trip, I was probably holding steady around 36~37 mpg and on the bad parts it was more like 31. I really should have gassed up before i left but I also got myself a new record for most miles on a tank:

450. (404 before) And I probably could have gotten another 100 miles easy out of it. Oh well. Why does the fuel light come on at just under 1/4 a tank? lol

I'm positive I can break 500 miles a tank though. When I gassed up, the low fuel light had JUST come on. Not even a minute of driving. 13.1 gallons in, so my fuel light comes on at 3.8 gallons. Woo. I need to make a more solid version of the skirts soon too.

I also decided I'm going to do away with the passenger mirror, and built a little supplemental one. And here are some pics for you guys
