In a nutshell: 199 mpg (US) on his last 5 reported fill-ups, 2 of which were over 200 mpg. Cruising speed is typically 55 mph, in a mix of town & highway use, with some higher speeds as well.
It's a Honda 125cc single with fuel injection, revised (taller) gearing (sprocket swap), and a semi-automatic 4-speed transmission converted to full manual.
Two items of note about the builder, Allert Jacobs:
1) He's obviously no stranger to the topic of aerodynamics. He produces (commercially) human power velomobiles in the Netherlands, like this

2) He's an EM reader, and bought an MPGuino (not yet installed) to use in this project.
