I've been reviewing the connection I had and everything seems fine, but does not show any information.
Confirm that this scheme is that it uses.
Code:
           47K
 Inj o--o--VVV--o-----o PE4 + PE5
                |
       DZ 5,1 v |
 GND o--o--|>|--o
Thank you
José Rodrigues

That diagram looks correct. Do you have access to an oscilloscope? Or maybe even just connect an LED to the PE4+PE5 connection, and see what it does.

Oscilloscope does not have an LED can try, I went to get the signal from the VSS and injector, the ECU is there any difference in that?

Thank you

I've been testing the LED, but remains permanently lit, do not know if it's because of the rapidity of the impulses or the current have no pulse.
I have to call directly from the injector to see if I get any results, but I can only do on Saturday morning.
But soon as it has results, I communicate.

Thank you
José Rodrigues

Josemapirio,

It seems that you've connected your cable not to the "ground" side of the injector but to the +12V side...

After getting back home from Prague I can say that new code works very stable no issues at all. I was switching between screens a lot wanted to know better all new features. It seems that I need to calibrate it again. I've entered values from previous version but it seems that calibration is off. I'm not sure because I haven't filled Berta's tank yet but it seems that way watching the needle and odo. I'll tell you more after filling up the tank.

It's possible. Josemapirio, are you absolutely sure that your fuel injector sense wire is actually connected to a fuel injector driver wire? I verified that the Arduino Mega option does indeed work with PE4/PE5 (INT4/INT5).

That's wonderful to see. I'm glad that you saw no significant issues. I, of course, seem to see all sorts of defects in the code, every single time I operate my MPGuino. Perfectionist, perhaps...

You were mentioning something about the metric/fuel consumed bug, earlier in this thread. That could not have helped with earlier calibration.

Thanks, had the cord exchanged. Now it works, but the values are not correct, I have to set it to the car.
What is the best way to configure.

Thank you

I was using "Canadian" version that was working flawlessly. Anyway I'll tell more after calibrating new setup.

Well, you can use the calibration instructions. I think they go something like:
  • top off your tank
  • reset the tank trip in MPGuino
  • drive around, like you normally would
  • top off your tank again, noting how much fuel you used
  • note how much fuel MPGuino says you used in the tank trip
  • take your Microseconds/Liter (gallon) value, multiply it by the amount of fuel the MPGuino said you used, then divide it by the amount of fuel you actually used

You might could also tell us your car's year and make and model. It's possible that we might be able to find the fuel injector size, based on that information.
