The only way a "kit" would be possible I think, would be to have a Metro chassis?

Beautiful aerodynamics on this car.
I really have a lot of respect for this guy.

Part 3 is the best, I think:
- shows his Metro conversion ... I particularly liked the custom front bumper/air dam/splitter the video shows. He figures it was good for a 5% improvement in efficiency.
That white Metro.... I wonder if it's the same white Metro that he later chopped into his NEDRA drag car with ETEK driven rear wheels...
(Jump to 1:45 to see the actual run)
... and which he later used as the basis for the Dolphin, judging by the pre-paint photos.
