No, I was just saying that I could see them filling up that thread with images of EM members' cars.

these look really nice, but i think they'd look even better if the wheels underneath would be black... current alloys are designed to attract attention to the wheels, wich makes the fact they're covered all the more visible. all black rear wheels and solid moondiscs on the front wheels, maybe in body colors, would draw more attention to the cars overall lines and make it appear more as if it where floating... smaller front wheels and tighter wheel arches would also reduce the visual intrusion of the wheel in the overall lines of the car.

I just installed an air dam and undertray on my Del Sol track car and I'll next be converting it to a fastback with a piece of lexan, adding a diffuser and possibly looking at wheel skirts

as ever
i wasn't really refering to this guys great job, but more to a way how carmakers could produce cars with wheelskirts that didn't look too freakich for the average buyer to be affraight of them. although i think these days more and more people will buy whatever that's said to increase FE.

Oh! *freakishly high squeal*
I've already passed the photo on to my wife for "manager approval". Wonder how much of a difference it makes to his FE?
I am dying of envy here...

Wow is right!
Now, where can I, I mean 'we', get these beauties?
For a pair that look THAT good (factory color, featuring the molding and everything), I'd pay $500.
Oh, and I'm currently running steelies, so I'd merely take my rear factory wheel covers off.

Here's the link to The Car Lounge You're doing it wrong 3.0 Page 10. The thread highlights the things we do, car-related, that are -- in the eyes of the beholder -- wrong. It's a pretty funny thread, actually.

HAHA, so that thread entertained me and I started reading through the thread, someone give basjoos a heads up on this: http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=3874160&page=22]AEROCIVIC FTW!
scroll down the page halfway, the image i'm trying to point out is immediately below the first occurrence of the hideous Black Audi R8? with the orange stripe...look familiar anyone?

As for the Wheelskirts - Ditto - those are sweet - but they do make it look very heavy.
