Colin Furze has a huge new workshop--above ground.
He has done almost all of his projects for over a decade and almost a billion views out of a small garage, but now he has an enormous workshop, which he fixed up, and then introduced all of his new tools.
I don't have any ides what all of that is worth, but it would be in pounds anyway.
Pounds of what?!
I liked the foam.
He says that he will only use it for larger projects:

I only made it half-way. Now I don't want to look at my carport.

JR bought one cabin near a lake.
There is also some kind of shed, which may need to be torn down.
The cabin may need to be torn down!
Basically he plans on hauling off everything that isn't bolted down, fix up the cabin and shed, and it sounds like rent out spaces to park trailers for people doing outdoor activities.
